We offer a range of training services tailored specifically to you.

1 on 1 personal training

Based out of our training facility in Mount Maunganui we work with you whatever your fitness level and goals are. We structure each session based on your current abilities and work in a safe and fun way towards getting you and your body to where you want it to be.

We don't work with ' modern and social fads'. Our training methods have been tried and tested over a 20 year career maximising your time with us to give you the best chance of reaching your goals in a safe but effective way.

We know that one way of training might work for one person but not the other so we tailor the training for you to keep you motivated and on target to reach your goals.

From strength training, to increasing endurance, improving your fitness and overall wellbeing we'll create a plan that will deliver results while giving you more energy and motivation.

Individual and small group boxing

Boxing is an outstanding way to develop fitness, strength and coordination.

Rob worked in boxing gyms and within the martial arts world during his time in London and has developed training methods that will improve your technique and endurance while making each session fun and varied.

We keep these group sessions small to maximise time boxing with Rob focusing on technique and making sure you're putting in the effort while building from a solid base and increasing your efforts each time.

Our training facility in Mount Maunganui has bags and boxing equipment that you can use.

Sport focused training

Don't just train, train smart!

Every sport has unique demands. A soccer player needs different skills and training compared to a weightlifter. That's where we come in.

We personalise training plans specific to your sport.  Whether you're a beach volleyball player seeking explosive power or a swimmer aiming for peak endurance, we'll design a program to optimise your strengths and overcome weaknesses.

Nutritional plans

There is a saying... that you can't out train a poor diet and after the age of 35 this is even more prevalent.
Nutrition isn't about weight loss but a base line building block for true health. Getting the best nutrition into the body is as important as the breath we take, the sleep we get and the space we allow our minds to get from life's stresses.

That's where our nutrition services come in. We believe that food is more than just fuel – it's the key to unlocking your full potential.

We'll guide you with realistic plans that when paired with the four pillars of health will help you function to your potential.

Rob knows about all things boxing, strength training and yoga. Personal training with him is a mix of intense exercise and excellent teasing. I leave feeling like i've worked hard, motivated to do better and encouraged to hit my goals.

How we’ll play our part in helping you improve your health and wellbeing

We believe in providing continuous support to help you achieve your wellbeing and fitness goals and Rob will be with you every step of the way to motivate you, keep you on track and make any adjustments to plans to keep you engaged and challenged as you see the improvements.

Step 1

Initial consultation with Rob

During the initial consultation, clients will have the opportunity to discuss their goals and aspirations with Rob. We'll get an idea of your health and habits and talk a little more about the Elemental process and how it all works.

Step 2

Tailored fitness plans that will help you reach achievable goals

We’ll work these plans around you and what you can do because we know everyone is different and has different commitments so we’ll make these plans realistic and achievable.

The plans will be tailored to your goals, abilities and any dietary needs so you can start seeing improvements. We train our clients out of a facility in Mount Maunganui and provide personal training for individuals or small groups looking to improve their fitness, technique or lifestyle.

Keep track of your progress and accountability

If you book a block of training with Rob he'll keep you accountable and focused, providing training guidance and nutritional plans that will help you reach your goals. Rob has over 20 years of experience coaching people to from all walks of life and levels of fitness and will keep you motivated and on track.

We’ve tried and tested this process and we know it works and know if you follow our guidance and fully engage and commit you’ll start to see the benefits not just to your fitness but from a much more holistic health and wellness point of view as well.
